Pay It Forward is a program that ensures first-generation entrepreneurs can access the strategic advice they need -- free of charge. That's where our Chancemakers come in.

Through this initiative, profitable first-generation entrepreneurs and organizations pre-pay for advising sessions, but not for themselves. Instead, they pay it forward to entrepreneurs who are in need of guidance but cannot yet prioritize payment for customized, actionable advice.

Cris’s mission is to break down barriers to intellectual capital. Through the Pay It Forward program, and in partnership with the Actual Advice podcast, Cris provides vital guidance on everything from strategic planning to sales and client management. Half of each advising session is recorded and will soon be shared on the Actual Advice podcast (spring 2026), so more entrepreneurs can listen, learn, and benefit from the knowledge that was once out of their reach.
